AI call agent
An AI call agent that answers the phone while you are busy with the person in front of you.
The phone rings at the worst moment: mid-service, mid-blowout, mid-consult. Most of those calls are the same five questions and a booking. The call agent takes them, in a natural voice, from the same information your website already runs on.
The AI call agent answers on your business number, or on a new local number we set up for you, and talks like a calm front-desk person. It knows your hours, menu or services, prices, parking, and policies because it reads the same knowledge your website chatbot does. When a caller wants a table or an appointment, it checks availability and books it. The booking lands in your dashboard with the customer's name and number, and the confirmation goes out by text.
It does not guess. If a caller asks something that is not on file, it says so and offers to take a message or pass the call to you. Every call is transcribed and summarised in the dashboard, so you can read what was asked at 9pm on a Tuesday and add the answer for next time.
The problem
What a missed call actually costs.
The call goes to voicemail, the booking goes elsewhere
Someone looking for a table tonight does not leave a message and wait. They hang up and call the next place on the map. You never find out.
Staff answer with wet hands and a line at the counter
The caller gets a rushed answer, the customer in front of you gets a distracted one, and the question was “what time do you close on Sunday.”
An answering service that reads a script
Generic call centres do not know your menu or your stylists. They take a name and number and promise a callback, which is another task on your list, not a booking.
The approach
Answer every call from what is already on file.
The call agent uses the knowledge you already keep in the dashboard: hours per location, the menu or service list with prices and durations, policies, and the FAQs you have added. Change a price or a holiday closure once and the phone answer changes with it. There is no separate script to maintain.
When the caller is ready to book, the agent asks for the details it needs, name, party size or service, time, confirms them back, and creates the booking. If the caller wants a person, or asks about something the agent should not handle, it transfers to the number you set or takes a message and notifies you.
You choose how it introduces itself, which voice it uses, what happens after hours, and when to hand off. You can listen to a test call before it ever goes live on your number.
What's included
What it does on a call.
Answers from your real information
Hours, menu or services, prices, parking, policies, per location. The same source as your website and chatbot, so the answers match.
Books tables and appointments
Checks availability, confirms the details back, creates the booking in your dashboard, and texts the caller a confirmation.
Your number or a new one
Keep your published number and forward it, or we set up a local number in your area code and it is live the same day.
Transfers and messages
Asks for a person? It rings the number you set. Nobody picks up? It takes a message and notifies you by email, text, or push.
After-hours mode
Closed? It still answers, gives tomorrow's hours, and takes the booking for when you open. Or it takes a message, your call.
Transcripts and summaries
Every call is in the dashboard with a one-line summary, the full transcript, and a link to any booking it created.

What changes
What changes for you.
Bookings from calls you used to miss
The 7pm Friday rush and the 9pm Sunday question both get a real answer and, when they want one, a booking.
Staff stay with the customer in the room
The phone stops being the thing that interrupts every service.
One source of truth
Website, chatbot, and phone all read the same hours and prices. Fix it once.
You can see what people ask
The transcripts show the questions your site does not answer yet. Add them and the phone gets shorter.
How it works
How it goes live.
Add the call agent in your dashboard
Turn it on under Phone. Pick a new local number in your area code, or get the forwarding steps for your existing line.
Set the greeting, voice, and handoff
Choose how it introduces the business, which voice to use, the number to transfer to, and what to do after hours.
Make a test call
Call the number yourself. Ask it the awkward questions. Fix anything in the dashboard, call again.
Forward your line or publish the number
Point your existing number at it, or put the new one on Google and the site. Calls and bookings start showing up in the dashboard.

What it costs.
The AI call agent is a $99 a month add-on to the $49 Core plan. That includes a local phone number, 500 minutes of answered calls each month, transcripts, and bookings into your dashboard.
Minutes over 500 are $0.15 each, billed at the end of the month. There is no setup fee for the number, and no contract. Add it at signup or later from the dashboard.

Restaurants
The menu, the table, and the order should live on a site you own, not on a marketplace that charges per cover. Guests read the dishes, reserve a time, or scan a QR at the table.

Chair time is the product. Clients pick a stylist, a service with a real duration, and a time that is actually free. Cancellations do not sit empty because nobody could text the waitlist.

A first consult, a review, and a procedure are different lengths and different paperwork. Reception should not spend the morning on hold answering where to park.

Members book a class against a real cap. A first-timer books a trial that is treated as a lead, not a free drop-in that disappears. Membership questions get answered at 10pm.

AI call agent questions.
Does it sound like a robot?+
No. It uses a natural, low-latency voice and talks in short sentences, the way a good front-desk person does. You pick the voice, and you can hear a test call before it answers a real one.
Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. Most businesses keep their published number and forward it to the agent. If you would rather have a new local number, we set one up in your area code.
What happens if it does not know the answer?+
It says so, then offers to take a message or transfer the call to the number you set. It never guesses at hours, prices, or policies.
Can a caller reach a real person?+
Yes. Ask for a person and it transfers. You choose the number, and you can set different behaviour for open hours and after hours.
What counts as a minute?+
Time the agent is on a live call, rounded to the second. 500 minutes a month are included. Minutes over that are $0.15 each, billed at the end of the month. Transferred calls stop counting once the handoff completes.
What languages does it speak?+
English at launch, with Spanish next. It uses your business's primary language from the dashboard.
Are calls recorded?+
Calls are transcribed so you can read them in the dashboard. Audio recording is off by default; if you turn it on, the agent announces it at the start of the call where the law requires.
Which plan includes this?+
The AI call agent is a $99 a month add-on to Core, with 500 minutes included and $0.15 a minute after that. You can add it at signup or later from the dashboard, and drop it any time.
