Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Nookado: our website, mobile apps, AI assistant, or dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, you must not use our platform or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to sign up for Nookado on behalf of a business.

Services

Nookado provides an all-in-one platform for local businesses, restaurants, salons, clinics, and gyms, including a custom website, a branded mobile app, an AI chat assistant, social media management, ad campaigns, and an owner dashboard for managing bookings, sales, menu, and FAQs.

Subscription & payments

Plans are billed monthly at the price shown at signup: $49/mo (Core), $99/mo (Core + Social), or $149/mo (Core + Social + Ads), plus a one-time $199 setup fee covering your website, app, and AI assistant training. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard.
• Ad spend on top of the Core + Social + Ads plan is set and controlled by you, we never spend more than the budget you choose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nookado for any unlawful purpose, to post false or misleading business information, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or other businesses on the platform.

Data & privacy

Your use of Nookado is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data, menu, photos, customer conversations, and bookings, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the services on your behalf. Each business's data is isolated and never shared with other businesses on the platform.

Third-party services

Nookado integrates with third-party services, including Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI assistant responses, the Apple App Store and Google Play for your mobile app, and Meta and Google for ad campaigns. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, or if we suspend your account for violating these Terms, your site and app are deactivated immediately. We keep your data safe for 60 days in case you'd like to return, after which it's permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Limitation of liability

Nookado is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, including lost bookings, lost revenue, or third-party service outages beyond our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continuing to use Nookado after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
